2–3 years1:6$2,355/month$142/day

Part-time enrollment requires a minimum of two days. Monthly part-time tuition is the daily rate multiplied by the number of scheduled days that month, so totals may vary.

Reserving your spot.

A one-month non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot. It is applied to the last month of care with one month’s advance notice. Leaving before that month forfeits the deposit; differences in rate are not refunded.

Annual activities fee.

$260/year for ages 6–23 months; $309/year for ages 2 and older. Parents are responsible for balances not covered by a scholarship or third-party funding.

Additional care.

Backup care on most federal holidays is $170 per child. Drop-in care is $155/day. Contact our team about availability.

Payment and pickup policies.

Tuition is due on the first of each month. Payments more than three days late incur a $25 late fee. A payment authorization form and an online account for online payments are available and preferred.

Returned checks incur a $25 fee, plus any bank fees associated with the return.

For late pickup and early drop-off, the contract specifies $15 for the first five minutes (or part of that period), then $1 per minute thereafter, multiplied by two because two teachers are required. The contract also adds 10 minutes for teachers to clean and close after pickup. Advance notice is required for late pickup. Please review the original contract for the full policy.

The parent contract also includes acknowledgment of the Parent Handbook and Enhanced Health and Safety policies, attendance and start-date details, photo/video permission, and signature fields.
